In less than 2 months the SERPs of this site : poppaproductions [dot] net went from position 2 million to 5 million.. what could be the reason?
1. The site is highly optimized.
2. It has alot of back links from directories and relative sites.

I have a really good idea for a video game, either PC or handheld. I%26#039;m not going to disclose it, because I don%26#039;t want it stolen... but I think it could really sell. Secondly- I don%26#039;t want any sort of laminate or glossy finish to my card, I just want it plain and fibrous. Do I need to ask for a matte finish to achieve this?
Thirdly- If i want one line of reasonably skinny text to have a uv spot- will this stand out and be visible enough to warrant spending the extra money? Or should I add the spot to an area of the logo (which I%26#039;m worried may look over the top)

Without seeing your design, it%26#039;s a little hard to follow some of your options, but...
1. A thicker grade of stock will tend to exude a little higher quality than a thinner grade, but, that said, I%26#039;ve seen some very nice cards that were printed on a very slim piece of vellum that were quite nice. I think, overall, the design of a card speaks more to quality than the thickness of a card.
2. If you want a plain, fibrous card, then you do not want any finish whatsoever. A matte finish will tend to flatten out the gloss of the ink you are using on your card. From my perspective, this may be a waste of money.
3. Depending on the design and size of the UV spot, this could look nice. It may be somewhat inperceptible to the untrained eye though.
If you send me a PDF of your design, I%26#039;d be happy to provide more input. I%26#039;m basically speaking in generalities here.

Search for %26quot;Jeff Walker%26quot; %26quot;Product Launch Formula%26quot; on Google, YouTube, and MySpaceTV. This should lead you to a bunch of good free information. The course PLF2.0 is not
available right now (very expensive also $2k) but this is the
best method\system for promoting a product like yours.

So I have been thinking about starting my own website, but I have absolutely NO experience..... I have been looking around for some web hosts that has a website builder and where I can put up a forum, that sort of thing.... the problem is, since I am new at this, I don%26#039;t want to go and just empty out my pockets just yet.... Web Hosting Space: Some web hosts will only give you 500MB or so of space. This could be a concern if you are looking at creating large websites.
Bandwidth: Some web hosts will severely limit the bandwidth you can use before you incur extra charges.
Uptime: There%26#039;s no point in having a website if people can%26#039;t see it. Does your web host offer at least a 99% uptime guarantee?

Check the articles at http://directorix.net/articles.html where you%26#039;re given the basics for great looking web publishing. You don%26#039;t have to know a whole lot of programming, either. If you are worried about the cost of hosting, you can always sign up for google adsense and offset the cost of hosting monthly.

I have about 3 websites up on google, you have to have a free google email address with them, but they is all entirely free, I really like them you can also store stuff there for people to download. Its great. It is all free there are no fee%26#039;s and no hosting fee%26#039;s all done for you. Try it out, if not interested in that maybe you can get back to me I can help you with a solution to your problem. So go look at google pages first if you like.
