Data feed optimization??

We are an online store and we plan to market our products through different online channels including shopping engines. However, we want to make sure that we make the right start and we have approached an online marketing company called Noz4Biz - http://www.noz4biz.com - for data feed optimization.

We are a small business with limited ad spend budget and want to check if this is the right thing for our business.

What is the best advertising company?

im new to this ads for revenue in the internet... i set up a site name http://www.kablag.com....what is the best way to earn from the site?

Do you know credit (or prepaid) cards co-branded with newspapers (like the Sun) ?

So far I only know The Sun, The Times and Bliss magazine, in the UK. I%26#039;m looking for other examples...

I am adding my website to google search engine.?

I did everything I was supposed to. The site was %26quot;indexed%26quot; by googles bot.

how do I add in search keywords? You have to type in the direct url in order to get to the site, which defeats the purpose of google.

How would I go about doing this?
I am adding my website to google search engine.?
You can%26#039;t add keywords into Google%26#039;s index. This is what Google does itself. There are two ways to get free traffic to your site - so excluding PayPerclick and other paid adverts.

1) Improve the layout of your web pages so that they are better organised for the search terms that you are interested in. This accounts for about

25% of traffic in Google

2) Get other sites to link back to you. This accounts for about 75% of your Google traffic.

We provide SEO services to small businesses to do just that and can provide examples of sites where we have had a fantastic effect on traffic.

I am adding my website to google search engine.?
When it comes to ranking well in the search engines you should focus on two things.

On-Page Optimization

and

Off-Page Optimization

When it comes to On-Page Optimization you should focus on adding your main keywords in the Title tag of your website, and throughout your website in a natural way.

When it comes to Off-Page optimization you should focus on receiving incoming links from other websites and blogs.

Here you should also try to have your main keywords included in the links pointing back to you.

There are a lot of things that can be done to rank better in the search engines, but this was just a short extract on what you should focus on to get started.

Reply:you programs the keywords and such into the webpage itself - get a book on html programming
Reply:You have to start with having your site optimized for search. This step allows your site to have keywords implemented which then allows the search engines to pick up and your site will slowly start ranking for those keywords.

Reply:The most effective way to advertise on the Internet is

to first set up a website and publish its domain name

on major search directories such as Google.com,

Yahoo.com [at http://www.google.com/addurl/?...... and

MSN.com since 85% of Internet shoppers rely on these

search directories to provide them with goods and

services. In a sense, these search directories are a

very large Internet Yellow Pages.

Nevertheless, should your website or opening webpage

fail to contain %26quot;generic%26quot; keywords, then anyone using

such %26quot;generic%26quot; queries will not be able to discover

your website. Your domain name [URL] of your website,

in a sense, will be invisible, undiscoverable.

You may want to consider some simple algorithms which,

when observed and committed in designing of a website

with placement of various critical metatags that can

surely achieve a high search engine presence and

increase Internet traffic to your website. These

metatag strategies work well with published webpages

at Google and Yahoo.

Design: Should you create an extensive Flash-based

website, make sure to fill-in the property entries

such as the Title, Description and Keywords. Failing

to do so, leaves no hard HTML or ALT resource that can

be readily indexed by search robots. Also consider the

Internet audience and their incoming setup. For

example, if they are on analog/dialup, Flash webpages

take too long to load up and therefore analog users

will likely lose interest and discontinue entering the

Flash site. On the other hand, anyone on hi-speed DSL

lines, will welcome Flash pages which load quickly. So

before designing a pure Flash websitge, ask the simple

question, %26quot;Who%26#039;s my end user - is he on dialup or

DSL?%26quot; And if you had to choose between these two users

for maximum marketability, then select analog users

since 80% of most resident users are still analog

Internet subscribers and pure HTML designed webpages

is best for them.

A non-Flash-based website which relies on hard text,

is far easier to be indexed by search robots. Limit

the use of stylized text saved as .gifs since as a

graphic, they are not indexable by search robots.

Avoid use of frames since any number of search robots

are unable to properly classify textual material.

Placement of Metatags:

A ranking or search order does take place with Google

and Yahoo and it begins with the %26quot;Title%26quot; metag which

should consist of no more than 65 characters separated

by commas. The %26quot;Title%26quot; should describe in generic

terms, the goods and services, followed by a location

from which the resource is located, i.e., city, state.

The placement of a domain name which is not generic

within the %26quot;Title%26quot; is not appropriate, unless your

domain name is a major recognizable brand name.

The second metatag is the %26quot;Description%26quot; which is

usually 25-30 words to form a complete sentence which

best describes one%26#039;s goods and services.

And the very last category - %26quot;Keywords%26quot; are also

somewhat limited to 15-16 words which can be plural

and compound in nature. Again, avoid multiple entries

which could be mistaken as %26quot;spamdexed entries%26quot; which

is defined as the loading, and submission of

repetitive words into a particular metatag category.

%26quot;Spamdexing%26quot; when discovered on a webpage and reported

to Google%26#039;s spamreport.com can result in the

elimination of your website from their search

directory.

Here%26#039;s an example of a very highly-placed website on

Google.com: Begin with the very %26quot;generic%26quot; search query

%26quot;sandwiches downtown los angeles,%26quot; taking note to not

abbreviate Los Angeles to %26quot;LA%26quot; and of course, leave

out the parentheses (%26quot;). It will bring up some 2.4

million+ search results. Check out where %26quot;Nazos.net%26quot;

is ranked. It%26#039;s ranked No. 1!

Again, Nazos.net%26#039;s high web presence was achieved by

proper web design and placement of relevant metatags

according to Google%26#039;s publication guidelines.

Good luck!

Why has the traffic ranking of this website declined dramatically in less than 2 months ?

In less than 2 months the SERPs of this site : poppaproductions [dot] net went from position 2 million to 5 million.. what could be the reason?

1. The site is highly optimized.

2. It has alot of back links from directories and relative sites.

Is it true Google rejects links from web directories now ?

Please help,

Thanks in advance.

+ 10 easy Points.
Why has the traffic ranking of this website declined dramatically in less than 2 months ?
because of yahoo being bought out and the back and forth of it all.
Why has the traffic ranking of this website declined dramatically in less than 2 months ?
it is difficult to say without knowing what your last few months of marketing efforst have been. Have you bought any links anywhere? Google frowns on paid links.

How much should I charge for a text advertisement on my website?

Some company that does ringtones contacted me about putting a text based link on my website and they want me to give them a price for advertising on my webpage...what is a ballpark figure that I should charge them?
How much should I charge for a text advertisement on my website?
well depending on the advertisement space they want and how popular your website is you should charge at the minimum 5-15 dollars per month
How much should I charge for a text advertisement on my website?
Hummm, it depends on how many hits your website gets. If it were to be as popular as myspace you could get lots more, compared to if it only has a few hundred hits a month. The more hits the more you will be able to sell yourself to them and then drive up the price per month. You should definitely do your homework before quoting them a price, perhaps call or e-mail another website as popular as yours and those more and less popular and see what they ask for, say you are as well a ringtone retailer. Gauge your prices off of that research. If you have a secretary or assistant that is usually a good job to give them....%26quot;contact these websites and see what they charge for text ads%26quot; . Good luck, I think you can get more than 5-15 a month, but Im not an expert.

I prefer this one to those based on Technoratti, since no one is forced to be on Technoratti.

Reply:If you want one without those stupid offers or surveys I would check out http://www.sampleaday.com . They feature a new free sample every day without those stupid surveys or %26quot;offers%26quot; that make the %26quot;free sample%26quot; not really free. What I also like about them is that they have a mailing list so that you can get the free samples sent to your inbox... its pretty sweet.
